Below are the colour versions of the photographs on the collections page. I wanted those to be black and white because you can pay so much more attention to the silhouette and the look of the outfit when you're not distracted by colour. It also went nicely with the whole vintage theme for this collection.

On the left is
Tuxedo Shirt with
Cowl Mouth trousers (stretch cotton with exaggerated cowl pockets in sand washed silk). On the right is "
Easy", a more flowing work shirt with
Sophomore, cotton trousers.

The knit top on the left is part of our new, stylish and extremely affordable knit line.
Knit Delight has a draped cowl at the front and back neck, and we've paired it with
Cropped Dhoti, a gold silk-acrylic fabric draped and gathered at the calf. On the right is
Waterfall, made from sand-washed silk and paired with
Cascading Skirt.

Carefully draped in sand-washed silk,
Garden Jacket has a lot of pleat and cowl details in unusual places and it comes in nude and burnt orange. We really slaved over this one!
Dinner Jacket comes in a salt-pepper linen as well as plain black linen. It's a pity Chennai is so warm we don't really get to wear jackets here, but I wanted to design one anyway- for that rare cold day or when you travel someplace cooler.
Knit Cowl, another top from our knit collection, in rain-forest green is worn with
Sophomore Stretch on the left, and with
Cowl Mouth and
Dinner Jacket on the right. The jacket completely changes the look of an outfit even when worn on top of a casual knit top.
Warhol, a printed dress in crepe silk. I won't say more because the images tell you almost everything there is to know about it! The fabric has a great fall and drape, and the dress is lined with a luxurious habuthai silk that glides over skin.
Silent Rain, an elegant evening dress in handwoven tussar silk has an interesting back detail. I used a wine-red coloured silk for the back "rope" detail, but now I'm wondering if orange might work better.

My favourite from this collection is
Drape Drape, a cotton dress with exaggerated cowl necks at the front and back, and large draped pieces on both sides that fall at the hip creating bottomless pockets. This dress has an interesting silhouette from every angle and it's flattering because the front and back waist is fitted.
